Selex Group communications focus on maintaining active dialogue among member companies and customers, and loyalty enhancement. The Group pursues this core commitment by consistently promoting and refreshing marketing initiatives at local and national level. Our varied range of projects spans loyalty programmes and promotional activities, engaging all media, offline and online, as well as soon to be rolled out in-store ventures. Current initiatives include Azioni Grandi Sconti [Big Discount Initiatives], the Spesa Difesa [Defending Your Spending] campaign, We are Famila, and social media activities. New concepts in the pipeline include a flagship retail media project.

For 2025, the Selex Group is pursuing a shared promotional plan across member companies to safeguard consumer purchasing power. This initiative is being rolled out through themed events conceived at national level, organized at outlets. Numerous campaigns targeting both branded products and private label items are on the agenda. In addition, traditional seasonal activities and Azioni Grandi Sconti dedicated to over 8 million loyalty cardholders are planned. In 2024, these initiatives enabled customers and their families to save approximately 972 million euros through products sold on promotion, accounting for 28.5% of the total.
Communication Campaigns: On-air and In-store
The Selex Group undertakes major media activity investment for its mainstream Selex, Consilia, Il Gigante, and Vale private labels. This year, the Selex brand will continue the Spesa Difesa campaign, which ran for the third time in 2024. In 2025, the Group plans to further ramp up its online communication efforts through a variety of initiatives, some of which are being developed in partnership with content creators and influencers. Social media will focus in particular on video campaigns. Alongside We are Famila and Spesa Difesa, the Anniversario campaign, dedicated to CosìComodo, will make an online return, and C+C is producing and distributing informative and educational videos. One of the latest developments is the launch of the Selex Media division, delivering advertising placements for the Group’s physical and digital spaces. The innovative frontier of Retail media offers member companies a broad array of new tools to engage customers in a targeted manner.
